Entrance Area
Warm and welcoming entrance area for greeting your guests, dropping off your coat or entering the Gathering Lobby.
Coat Room
Conveniently located off the Entrance Area is the large coat room that will accommodate up to 400 coats for you and your guests. For an additional fee, staff will be provided to take your coats to insure a relaxing experience.
Gathering Lobby
The Gathering Lobby is an inviting space that includes a fireplace, a restored antique cabinet and the main bar. Enjoy a more intimate gathering of friends, and family with your event held in this space or as a reception area for your friends and family before entering the Banquet Hall for your main event. Also a perfect space for wedding ceremonies. You may personalize the antique cabinet with your personal photos for a unique conversation piece.
This space will accommodate up to 150 people at round tables and up to 400 people standing.
Banquet Room
The Banquet Hall is a spacious area to accommodate your larger event. With vaulted ceilings and plenty of room you can have dancing, entertainment, and dinner in this room. The Banquet Hall displays a floor to ceiling wall of windows that overlook Hook Lake. There is also a stage for performances, presentations, DJ’s, bands, etc.
This space will accommodate up to 350 people at round banquet tables or 530 theater style seating.
Banquet Room Stage
The Stage is a great space for anything from a grand entrance to a place for the performers. Lovely black velvet curtains frame the stage and are sure to help add a wonderful touch to your unique event.
NorStates Conference Rooms
There are two meeting rooms equipped to meet all your professional needs. Both rooms are identical and have large dry erase boards, coffee pots, kitchenette areas, tables, chairs, as well as any other tools you may need for your meeting.
The individual meeting rooms will accommodate 20 people at tables
Together both Meeting Rooms will accommodate 40 people at tables
(Note: Soundproof partition is used to divide this space into two rooms)
Green Room-Private Brides Room-Two Changing Rooms
Green Room
Enter through the Green Room to get to the 3 changing rooms. Nice size space to get ready for theatrical or social events. Great place to set out drinks and snacks for the bridal party as they prepare for their event.
Bridal/Star Room
The Bridal/Star Room is a private room for the star of the day to get ready for their big event. Large mirror with a counter and seat and lighting on the walls as well as a stand up mirror for you to prepare. The Bridal/Star Room also includes a spacious private bathroom.
2 Large Changing Rooms
The two Changing Rooms will each accommodate a large party as they get ready for the event. It has seating for 6 in front of mirrored walls and counter along with a sink. There is also an attached private bathroom. There is plenty of room for additional people preparing for the event.
Bathroom Facilities
The Bathroom Facilities are large and extra clean. There are 7 stalls in each the men’s and women’s facilities. Large mirrors adorn the walls and personal touches such as flowers are placed appropriately for a more comfortable feel.
